Frequently asked questions.
How big are the seminar rooms?
Two bright rooms of approx. 110 m² each with flexible seating. Each seminar room comes with its own focus room – ideal for a quick phone call or preparing a presentation in peace.
How many people do the rooms accommodate?
Depending on the seating layout, approx. 20 to 54 people per room – from the combined lounge to theatre-style rows. We are happy to advise you on the right layout for your format.
What technology is available?
Both seminar rooms are equipped with 4K presentation technology and prepared for hybrid meetings.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking spaces are available at the building. The number is limited – for larger events, it is best to briefly coordinate arrivals with us.
Is catering possible?
Yes, on request we organise catering – tailored to your event.
How do I get to the DEA Business Center?
You will find us at Bertha-Benz-Straße 15, 72631 Aichtal – just a few minutes from Stuttgart Airport and the Messe Stuttgart trade fair centre.

How much does room hire cost?
As a guide: seminar room from €100 per hour (minimum booking 3 hours), day rate 8 am–6 pm €790, both seminar rooms €1,450 per day, evening event 5–10 pm €490. From three days we grant a 10% discount. All prices plus VAT; 4K presentation and conferencing technology, Wi-Fi and the focus room are included. We do not offer half days, but hourly bookings are possible. Catering is charged according to requirements.
When can the rooms be booked?
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Evening events on Friday and Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm, as well as other times, are possible by arrangement. The building is closed on Sundays.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 28 days before the date you can cancel free of charge. 27 to 14 days before we charge 50% of the room hire, 13 to 3 days before 80%, after that and for no-shows 100%. Booked catering is subject to the caterer's conditions. Please cancel in writing by e-mail.
Is the DEA Business Center accessible?
Yes. The building has a lift to the second floor, step-free access and an accessible toilet on the floor.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is included in all rooms.
